I had the immense pleasure of sampling The Chilli Project's latest creation Brinjal Pickle. This is a jar of pure explosive awesomeness. The pieces of aubergine and oil give it a silky texture and carry the blend of spices with the progressive warmth leaving a moreish aftermath.
The spice level in my opinion is just right and it's certainly best friends with Walkers Sensation Poppadoms and a crisp pint of lager. Another legendary creation by The Chilli Project! I have just ordered more.

Honestly, the best chilli sauce I know of, and far better than any supermarket sold brand I've tried. I've been using their products for years now and the quality is always top rate. If you love flavour and heat, this is the sauce for you.

Great sauces and pickles, my favourite by far is the kick a.. Grizzly Garlic Sauce which is just amazing with nearly everything I tried it with!
Gotta give the Bongo sauce some love too pairing it with a roast chicken. Only downside is the grizzly garlic bottle has a hole in the bottom as keeps emptying very quickly 🤪😋.
